DOES CN BUILD OFFER DESIGN & BUILD PACKAGES?
CN Build has great relationships with many architects that can assist with your next project. Whether you're looking to do a small renovation, an extension, or a new build, we can point you in the right direction & find an architect that suits your style & budget. It's advisable to have your builder involved from the inception of your building journey, working alongside the architect to achieve a seamless build.
IS CN BUILD A REGISTERED LBP?

IS CN BUILD AFFILIATED WITH NZ CERTIFIED BUILDERS?
CN Build is a member of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association (NZCB). NZCB is the only building association with strict entry criteria where the minimum entry requirement for all trade members is a recognised industry trade qualification. DOES CN BUILD PROVIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES?
Yes, project management is a huge part of what we do. Whether you are looking for a builder to carry out the building works & manage your own subcontractors, or you're just not sure where to start, we can assist. With a large pool of subcontractors from architects, plumbers, electricians, painters & earthworks through to specialised product installers, we can take the stress out of planning your build & provide you with reputable tradesmen. We work closely with all of our subcontractors on a regular basis & ensure that the scope of work is well & truly covered so you can rest assured the finished product will not only look great but also comply with any regulations.
WHAT IS THE BUILDING PROCESS?
Whether you have consented plans & you're ready to get started, or you're at the design stage CN Build can talk you through the process. Generally, the first step is to meet on-site & gauge the scope of work, after which we will engage any subcontractors required & put together an estimate for your consideration. Once you're ready to proceed a building contract will be drawn up & once all parties are happy, a start date will be locked in.

Renovations & extensions are our bread & butter, & no job is too big or too small. DOES CN BUILD OFFER WINDOW REFURBISHMENT SERVICES?
Looking to upgrade your joinery? CN Build can help. Working alongside joinery suppliers in Auckland, we can take care of the entire process. It's as simple as booking a time for a site measure & we can then submit an estimate for the building works & joinery installation at a competitive rate. CAN CN BUILD ASSIST WITH OBTAINING THE FINAL CODE OF COMPLIANCE?
Not sure of where to start with your Code of Compliance? CN Build can take care of that for you too. We offer a start to end service & can lodge your final Code of Compliance with Auckland Council on your behalf.
DOES CN BUILD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RENOVATING VILLAS & BUNGALOWS?
