This new build is a minor dwelling situated at the rear of the family home. The brief was to design a home that was modern yet functional for a rental property. The scope of works involved engaging the architect to design the home, submission to the council for consent, building and project managing all of the sub-contractors, to obtaining a Code of Compliance ahead of handover.
