This 70sqm extension to the existing home was undertaken to create a new kitchen, dining and living areas, alongside an outdoor entertaining area. The remainder of the home was refreshed with new bathrooms, bedrooms upgraded, and the exterior re-painted. Structural steel was a big part of the extension creating the open-plan living area with high ceilings.
