When our clients at Bentleigh Ave first contacted CN Build, they were looking for a builder who could guide them from the initial design stage, through to the final Code of Compliance. Working alongside our recommended architect, the brief was simple — to upgrade and refresh their home whilst keeping to budget.  The wish list consisted of a new Kwila deck, kitchen & window joinery including an architectural slider that required a structural steel portal. The family bathroom was upgraded alongside an exterior re-paint of the entire home and a full roof restoration.
